How it works
What does light do in your cells?
Mitochondria, the power stations of your cells, respond to red and near-infrared light. Research focuses on whether this light can support the production of ATP, the energy carrier of cells.
After an HBOT session, extra oxygen is available in the blood. PBM targets the processes that use that oxygen. That is why many clients combine the two.

Through the scalp
Light modules in the headset deliver near-infrared light to different areas of the head.

Through the nose
A small clip in the nose reaches the underside of the brain. This combination is characteristic of Vielight.

Pulsed light
The light flashes at a fixed frequency: 40 Hz (gamma) or 10 Hz (alpha), depending on your goal.

Vielight technology has been studied in several studies, including with EEG and MRI. These studies are promising, but often small. Vielight publishes the overview itself in a public research library.
