Focus and concentration
Recognising relevant stimuli, maintaining focus under pressure and switching off mentally between efforts.
Perceive faster, decide sharper
Top performance takes more than fitness and technique. Perception, attention, decision-making and the ability to recover after exertion matter just as much. We map these and work on them in a targeted way. For athletes, entrepreneurs and anyone who wants to perform with a sharp mind.

Our approach
We combine four angles. Which components you use depends on your goals. With repeated measurements we track what changes.
01 / Measure
A QEEG maps patterns in brain activity. With tests such as NeuroTrax we measure, among other things, processing speed and attention. Always interpreted in context, and not a diagnosis in itself.
02 / Train
You practise self-regulation with direct feedback on your brain activity, linked to goals such as maintaining focus and switching between alertness and rest. On request; ask about the options.
03 / Biology
Hyperbaric oxygen temporarily increases oxygen availability; light targets mitochondrial activity. Two different biological processes in one protocol.
04 / Mental
After a traumatic event or injury, flashbacks or anxiety can remain. EMDR can reduce the emotional charge of such memories. Not intended for ordinary nerves before a performance. On request; ask about the options.
Three goals
Recognising relevant stimuli, maintaining focus under pressure and switching off mentally between efforts.
More than moving fast: perceiving signals, interpreting them and choosing the right action. We look at attention, visual processing and choice reaction time.
Calming down again after heavy exertion or a busy period. Attention to sleep, recovery and your mental capacity.
Our own research
In 52 participants with complete NeuroTrax measurements before and after a combined programme of HBOT and LLLT, information processing speed improved by just over 10 points on average. The neurocognitive tests were interpreted by Jeanine Jansen MSc, neuropsychologist.
This is a retrospective practice cohort of 63 participants, without a control group. The change can therefore not be attributed solely to HBOT and LLLT. The participants were not elite athletes.

We carry out the QEEG and NeuroTrax measurements at our practice; Jeanine interprets the results. She also specialises in neuropsychological and psychological screening assessments, neurofeedback and EMDR. Feel free to ask about the options.
Jeanine was recently elected full board member of the International QEEG Certification Board (IQCB), a recognition of her expertise in QEEG.
