How it works
Two steps, one session
You book one appointment. Feel Good Care is in the same building, so after your oxygen session you simply walk over to the red light. We coordinate the times.

60 minutes of hyperbaric oxygen
The Oxygen Wellness Lab
You breathe almost 100% oxygen under increased pressure, lying down in our spacious single-person chamber. As a result, much more oxygen dissolves in the blood, also for tissues where blood flow is poorer.

30 minutes of red light therapy
Feel Good Care
Directly afterwards, you relax under a red light bed. Red and near-infrared light targets the energy processes in your cells, exactly the processes that use oxygen.
Why combine?
Oxygen and light complement each other
Under increased pressure, much more oxygen dissolves in the blood plasma, making extra oxygen available to your tissues. Mitochondria, the power plants of your cells, use oxygen to make energy (ATP). Red and near-infrared light (photobiomodulation) acts precisely on these mitochondrial processes. Hence the order: first make the oxygen available, then use light to address the processes that use that oxygen. Two complementary mechanisms, one after the other.
This is a wellness treatment, not a medical treatment. Experiences differ from person to person, and the scientific evidence is still developing.

- Nothing to bring. We provide cotton clothing for the chamber.
